leg lock inverted.

Pole Dance #1, #2, #3 Workshop or approval from Lesley "Leesi".

lotion or any other moisturizer to class this causes the poles to become
dangerously slick.

wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not
required but are encouraged.
