Pole Dance # 4 Workshop

Get upside down. In Pole Dance #4, you will learn to invert your body on the pole along with backward spins and leg lock inverted.
Prerequisites for this class: Pole Dance #1, #2, #3 Workshop or approval from Lesley "Leesi".  
This workshop focuses on new moves including new pole spins, strength moves and flexibility moves.

Please do not wear lotion or any other moisturizer to class this causes the poles to become dangerously slick. 

Please wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not required but are encouraged.
