Pole Dance #2 Workshop
Moving right along,
getting strong and ready for more moves. In Pole Dance #2, you will learn 17 new
pole dance moves and a great new routine.
Prerequisites for this class:
Pole Dance #1 Workshop or approval from Lesley "Leesi".
This workshop focuses on new moves including new pole spins, strength moves and
flexibility moves.
You will learn:

Pole Routine
I will do a short demo of moves taught in Pole Dance #3.
Please do not wear
lotion or any other moisturizer to class this causes the poles to become
dangerously slick.
Please
wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not
required but are encouraged.
