Pole Dance #1 Workshop
Are you ready to take
your pole dancing to the next level? In Pole Dance #1, you will learn 16 new
pole dance moves. Now that you feel comfortable with your new friend "The
Pole" you will start building strength, flexibility and trust while
learning these new moves.
Prerequisites for this class: Intro to Pole
Dance Workshop or approval from Lesley "Leesi".
This workshop focuses on new moves including starter spins, strength moves and
flexibility moves.
You will learn:
Pole posture and techniques
17 Pole Dance Moves
Pole Routine
I will do a short demo of moves taught in Pole Dance #2.
Please do not wear
lotion or any other moisturizer to class this causes the poles to become
dangerously slick.
Please
wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not
required but are encouraged.
