Intro to Spin Pole Workshop

Pull the pin and spin. L'Ru Studios poles DO spin and now you can learn how to move onto the spinning world of pole dance. In this workshop you will learn techniques to feel comfortable when you pull the pin and spin. We will cover basic tricks, controlling your spins and how to transfer them to a spin.

Spin Pole techniques
Controlling your spins and ends
Transitions in spins
Spin Pole Play

Please do not wear lotion or any other moisturizer to class this causes the poles to become dangerously slick.

Please wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not required but are encouraged.
