This is an exploration of Erotic Dance in a safe environment. There is no nudity. Find your erotic side and express your sensuality though dance and movement. Erotic dance is an empowering activity for any woman no matter her shape or size. You are beautiful and sexy! My goal is for you to leave with the confidence to take these basic moves and be able to dance erotically by yourself or with a loved one.

For Women Only. Please wear comfortable clothing. There is no nudity. High heels are not required but are encouraged.

Session One : Erotic  Moves, Sexy Walks and Crawls, Practice
Session Two:  Pose Dancing (slowing down), Incorporating your environment, 
Performance Effectiveness/Styles Practice
