If you are a new client registering for an event you must fill out a New Client form before registering for an event.
Fill out and submit a registration form and you will be contacted at the phone number on the registration form for payment information.
You will be required to sign a liability waiver before your class, workshop, party, private, on-line lesson and event booking.
Payment Methods -
Your credit card statement will read ERTC.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
To pay by check
or cash, you will be required to supply a credit card number to secure your date and time but may pay by check or cash at the class, workshop, party, private lesson or event booking.
