You will be required to sign a release of liability waiver before all classes, workshops, parties, private and online lessons, and events booked. Please print, fill out and bring have ready at your event type. (If you are taking a class or workshop at LeeLynn Studios you do not need to fill out this release of liability waiver but one of theirs.)
