Party and event booking cancellation is as follows: If cancellation is received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 72 hours prior to the party or event booking and being confirmed by Lesley "Leesi", you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 72 hours prior to the party or event booking you will receive a 50% refund.

Workshop cancellation policy is as follows: If cancellation is received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 72 hours prior to the workshop and being confirmed by Lesley "Leesi", you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 72 hours prior to the workshop there is not refund due to class size limit.
If someone on the waiting list would like to replace you prior to the start of the workshop, then you will receive a full refund.

Weekend parities and event bookings cancellation policy is as follows: If cancellation is received by phone or e-mail a minimum of one-week (7 days) prior to the party or event booking and being confirmed by Lesley "Leesi", you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not received by phone or e-mail a minimum of one-week (7 days) prior to the party or event booking you will receive a 50% refund.

Private and on-line cancellation policy is as follows: If cancellation is received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 24-hour prior to the private on-line lesson and being confirmed by Lesley "Leesi" you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is not received a minimum of 24-hours there will be no refund.

There will be no refund, make-up class, workshop, party, event booking or credit if you do not show up for classes, workshops, parties or event bookings where pre-payment is required.
